- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been going to H&R Block (not in Cortez) for the past 10 years and have had wonderful experiences! This year I called the H&R Block in Cortez to make an appointment for my husband and I. Because of his work schedule, I needed an appointment at 6:00pm or later. H&R Block professionals can stay as late as they want and are able to make their own schedule...this is known. Unfortunately in this office, there wasn't one single person willing to meet with us at 6:00pm. (The office traditionally takes the last appointment at 5:00) Really? Wow! That is great customer service! Shop local...Not Here...I don't think so!By Erin Hanson, April 02, 2017
